the first Malaysian to hold a PHD in LAND LAWS. He was also the longest
serving KSU (secretary general ) Ministry of Land & Cooperative Development
during Malaysia's booming high growth era. He was the first PTD officer to
become visiting professor at a recognised government University. He has also
lectured and advised more than 100 000 professionals, government staff and students up to date.
